How to fix faint grid-like lines in saved videos on iPhone 17 Pro after iOS 27 update?

same for me as well. previews can be seen in the photos app. i tried sending it or rather playing it in different platforms such as messenger, google drive. no green grid lines whatsoever. can only see it when viewing the videos directly in the photos app

I have tried force restart but that is only a temporary fix the grid lines started coming all over again after a day or two. What we need is an update that will permanently fix this

So a forced restart fixes this for you, but only temporarily? Not being the original poster, you haven't given us much. Can you give us some more information?

1. What model is your phone?
2. What iOS does it use?
3. Are you using a VPN or "Cleaner" apps or "Virus" apps? Any other apps that have access to our Photos Library?
4. Are you using iCloud Photos to synchronize your devices? If so

6. …Do you see all your iPhone pictures at iCloud.com?
7. …Have you checked to see if the Apple Account is really really the same on the iPhone and at iCloud.com?
8. …What is your storage in iCloud? At Settings>[name]>iCloud>Storage, mine says 166.6 GB of 200 GB used. What does yours say?
9. What is your storage on this iPhone? At Settings>General>iPhone Storage, my phone says 50.5 GB of 128 GB used. What does yours say?
10. At Settings>Battery, what do Battery Health, Maximum Capacity, and Cycle Count say?
