No more surveys ? following calls to Apple Technical Support ?

When I call Apple Support, I have not been asked if I am willing to take a survey about my experience, in the last 3 or 4 months, does anyone know why? Nor, have I received an email or text message, with a survey, following a call to Apple Support.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 27.0

I have only seen that done randomly after a Support Call. Don't know the criteria used for the survey and it is likely only Apple would know that. Not all of my Apple Support calls made last year were followed up by a survey.
