How to edit the accumulated payee list in Numbers
In Apple's Numbers each time you expense an item that Payee is loged, and can be used in future entrees . Can you tell me where I can edit that accumulated list?

Do you mean this?
Menu > Numbers > Settings > General > Editing > Show suggestions when editing table cells:
That setting will use all the entries in a column to suggest as you type a new entry.
I do not know where Numbers stores that list. To remove an entry, delete all occurrences from that column.
If that is not what you want, please reply with more information.
