From what you are telling us, your ID is not "in her account somehow."

She is using YOUR Apple Account on her iPad. If that is the case, she will have access to all data that you back up or synchronize to iCloud – because as far as the system knows, she is you. And that iPad will show up on the list of devices associated with your Apple Account.

If her iPad was not previously using your Apple Account, then in order for her to log into it there, she would need to know (or be able to guess) your Apple ID and your Apple Account password. If you change the password, you may want to give some thought to picking a new one that she won't know or be able to easily guess.

If she signed into your account at any time in the past then all your iCloud data that are set to sync automatically will have been copied to her devices*. If she then signs out of your account you will not see her device listed as being signed into your account but it will still hold the data as was current at the time of the signing-in. It won't continue to update should you change something now.

The only way to get it off is to have her go through her device and delete your data on it. This can be everything from a painstaking sorting through everything one by one and deleting your items, to a bulk erase all content on her devices and her restoring her device from a backup made prior to your account having been signed in.

By the way, the person signing into you account on her device would also have been asked for a two factor authentication code.

My Apple account only shows one device and that’s my phone. I have changed my password countless times. I have done emergency resets, and even put my phone in lockdown mode for over a week and she still had access to everything the entire time. She tells me that I at some point put my Apple ID into her iPad so then her Apple ID stored my Apple ID number and stayed synced to it. I’ve not seen this so I don’t know for sure. That’s just what she has told me. I’m extremely illiterate when it comes to this stuff so there’s no way I could’ve put my Apple ID into her iPad. And I know it’s true because she taught me with it every now and then by sending me screenshots of activity. She has also gained access to a two year Apple report that Apple directly sent to her so therefore, she bypassed the two part identification system as well. I’ve called Apple several times. They see nothing on my side of the ID. I don’t know what her Apple ID is to get that information to them. I filled out two reports and sent to Apple department, which have not heard back from them. But now she’s gained access into financial documents and it’s a real nightmare that needs to stop and I don’t know how to stop it.

She is getting information in real time. As of a couple minutes ago actually. And the really disturbing part, she has hired an outside person to analyze all of my data. Like the JSON reports. So my data and information is not only in her hands, but it’s in the hands of somebody else. This is all been done without my permission. I’ve told her multiple times to get out of my account and she refuses granted we’re getting divorced. it doesn’t give her the right to access this information then to give it to some unknown individual. And then the reports that he sends back are beyond disturbing they’re taking background activity and turning it into marital and sexual infidelity.

The only thing I can come up with in this is to completely get rid of this Apple ID and get a new one, but I don’t know how to back all that stuff up that’s on my Apple ID or my iCloud so I don’t lose it and I don’t know that that will fix the problem either. Apple‘s fraud department can’t even figure this out.

If she knows the passwords to things like your email accounts, social media accounts, etc., she could access those even if you changed your Apple Account password and she no longer had real-time access to changes to your data in iCloud.

Plus, a lot of your social media activity is going to be visible whether she can log into your social media accounts or not.

I have an update:

She informed me that at some point several years ago I logged in my information on her iPad and from that point forward that Apple ID that was with her iPad also had my Apple ID and it was recording and saving all of my information into her account, that’s how she claims she’s accessing it now. Is that even possible?

I know very, very little about cell phones and technology. She’s using it as an almost mockery and I’ve talked to my attorney. I have to get aI know very, very little about cell phones and technology. She’s using it as an almost mockery and I’ve talked to my attorney to get a court order to get that off or get to force her to get off of it. I’m at the point I’m about ready to just get a whole new Apple ID with that. Can I transfer all that information on my current iCloud over to a new one? And if I do, will she have access to it or not?
