DESKTOP issue. help how do I make this go away
By mistake I hit some button in Safari and it opened every single thing on my desktop. Control W does nothing. Option C then F does nothing. Help.
Those key chords won't do anything given the circumstances pictured. Try ⌘ A (Edit > Select All...) then ^ ⌘ N (File > New Folder with Selection) which will deposit that mess into one folder.
Next time something unexpected happens try ⌘ Z (Undo) which might work. Probably too late now.
