what Has anyone who has the Apple 16 been able to do with the battery issue

What battery issue? My wife has an iPhone 16 and I have an iPhone 16 Pro. We are experiencing no battery issues whatsoever. What logic did you use to claim the whole world has a battery issue with the iPhone 16?

As for getting a new phone that's not going to happen unless you pay for it. If Apple performs a diagnostic and finds no trouble they will not exchange phones. Your 14 day return period ended long ago.

My phone is brand new and I got it from my phone carrier. Within hours of a full charge with little to no use more than half the battery is gone… Doing a Google search, I found that this is a very common problem and that Apple actually released two iOS updates to try to counter the problem but I’m up to date with all iOS updates. I can typically go 2 entire days without charging my phone. I can’t go four hours now.
If you do a simple search on Google, you’ll find that there are many issues with the iPhone 16 battery life. Apple has released two iOS updates to try to resolve the issue.

Thankfully, through my phone carrier I can’ get a new phone, I was already paying for the other one, so I’ll continue to pay for a new one that actually stays charged for more than 4 hours
