How do I quickly back up my iCloud photos and Facebook data due to persistent hacking?

Can someone please help me out and tell me how I can back up my iCloud photos as much as I possibly can this is probably my third Apple ID I’m going to be losing because Apple refuses to admit it due to developer in accessibility settings now available our devices are now being hacked whenever they feel like it so what is my best and quickest and easiest way to back up sad things being photos from cloud photos from Facebook as much as I can possibly recover
