Worthless Apple gift cards
why is apple allowing 4 cincinnati stores to sell worthless gift cards????
Do you mean you cannot redeem them? That is likely the fault of the retailer for not keeping them in a secure location. Thieves have developed a scam where they can redeem cards that have been purchased. This would be prevented if a retailer kept cards behind the counter, but still many stores do not protect cards. Personally I only buy low value gift cards (of any kind) and I redeem them within 60 seconds of purchasing them. Many people buy gift cards directly from Apple online instead.
