Shortcuts app, wallpapers, and widgets not restoring from iCloud backup on iPhone

my phone needed to go in to get repaired because the hard drive just died. i had everything backed up on iCloud, and now that i have my phone back it had to be wiped and restarted, so I transferred everything over and all my stuff, like photos, apps (some needed to be re downloaded) and contacts and all that seemed to be fine, but all of the hard work that I have put into creating my apps and my wallpaper with the shortcuts app and many others, as well as my widgets didn’t seem transfer over as well… hoping to sort this out as I really don’t want to have to manually do it all again.
