Air drop between iPad and MacMini "no People Found"

No People Found

Earlier I was able to send photos using airdrop from my iPad to my Mac. Now everytime I try to send additional photos from my iPad to my mac I receive the message "No People Found" even though the two computers are inches apart. I have restarted both computers, set the airdrop on the iPad to everyone for 10 minutes. My mac Mini w/M4 is running macOS 26.6.2, the iPadOS Version 26.06.2 iPad Air 4th generation. Any help will be appreciated.
