Check the power cord to make sure that is firmly seated in the wall outlet and into the back of the Mac mini.
If it is crashing and restarting during a wake from Automatic computer sleep...?
Disable Automatic computer sleep and only allow the display to turn off.
If it is crashing and restarting out of the blue while it is up and running...?
That can be caused by third-party software or external hardware.
EtreCheckPro is an excellent tool for identifying both hardware and software issues.

Unexpected restarts on a Mac mini running macOS 27.0 may have several causes, but the information provided is insufficient to determine whether this is a known issue affecting other users or a problem specific to this Mac.
Based on Apple's relevant support guidance, first shut down the Mac mini and disconnect all non-essential peripherals, leaving only the display, keyboard and mouse or trackpad connected.
Check whether the restarts continue.
If they do, start in Safe Mode with those peripherals still disconnected.
If the problem persists, consider running Apple Diagnostics and consult Apple's guidance for unexpected Mac restarts.
Back up important data if possible, and check for available macOS updates.
To help establish whether others are experiencing the same issue, please indicate when the restarts occur, whether an error message appears, and which troubleshooting steps you have already attempted.
Confirming the Mac mini model and exact macOS version would also help narrow down the cause.
Please download and run Etrecheck. The free version is sufficient. However, if you find it worthwhile you should support the developer and purchase the app.
Copy and paste the results into your reply. Etrecheck is a diagnostic tool that was developed by one of the most respected users here in the ASC to provide a snapshot of the system and help identify the more obvious culprits that can adversely affect a Mac's performance.

Then we can examine the report and see if we can determine the cause of the problem.
Check System Settings > General > Software Update to see if there is an existing special point release for the M6 Mini. Update if present, and see if that resolves the reboots. If not, another point release of macOS Golden Gate is likely to be out in less time than a return and waiting for a replacement. Perhaps that forthcoming update will resolve your reboot issues.
Does the reboot occur when you are using a specific application? What common factor exists prior to these reboots?
its not power cable
it happens while in use or standby
apple have run 3 scans and can't find anything
there new option is a new one with 4 weeks wait again
