iMac shuts down while asleep more and more....

Every so often my iMac 27-inch 2020 iMac shuts down, it seems to happen while asleep and I am away.

Most often it restarts holding down the power button, sometimes I have to unplug/pug.

I ran an EtreCheckPro and here are the results, much appreciated if anyone can decipher and explain please.

Yep, I'm a novice at this.

I think I properly uploaded the Etre report...

I see you are running the current 26.7.1 w/ the Safari update... that is good.

Nothing jumps out as egregious.

On the Intel Mac you can try resetting the System Management Control for power management/sleep issue and test.

Unusual to see Safari issues, not sure if that would be related to your panics(?)

You can try disabling all Safari Extension you may have added if that is causing the issue, and compare your results. Safari>Settings> Extension. The Quit Safari and relaunch it holding the Shift key down, this is a bit of a fresh start for your Safari.app

For hardware issue see if it returns any error codes, not definitive by any means...

You can try running the User Diagnostics to test your Mac for hardware issues

Since the system was unable to create a hibernation file, maybe you should run Disk Utility First Aid on the hidden Container. Even if the First Aid summary says everything is "Ok", click "Show Details" and scroll through the report to see if any errors or warnings are shown. If there are, then run First Aid again until they are gone. If after several scans the errors or warnings remain, then they cannot be repaired. The location of those unrepairable errors/warnings can determine the best way to move forward. See the following Apple article for instructions to running First Aid on the hidden Container:

How to repair a Mac storage device with Disk Utility - Apple Support

Also, post several of those Kernel Panic logs here as I described previously as seeing several of them may tell us if there is any pattern to them. Plus the full Kernel Panic log may show other details than the screenshot you made of the report to Apple. I have seen cases where those Apple reports were significantly different than the actual log on the system.

Edit: Did you try an SMC Reset as suggested by @leroydouglas?

I would even suggest performing a PRAM Reset as well. I try to hold the PRAM Reset for two chimes with the T2 Macs, but this is not always possible. Sometimes while holding the keys & waiting for the second chime the system will just boot. Other times the system may just get stuck waiting for the release of the keys....in that case I try to quickly release and quickly press & hold the keys again to try for one more chime before releasing the keys to allow the Mac to boot. I doubt a PRAM Reset will help here, but it is quick to try. The SMC Reset is usually the more important for power & sleep/wake issues.

See if you still have any of those Kernel Panic logs mentioned in the EtreCheck report. They will be located in the "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" folder and even its "Retired" subfolder. For Intel Macs also check in the "ProxiedDevice-Bridge" folder (I forget if it is in the "Logs" folder or the "DiagnosticReports" folder (it also has a "Retired" subfolder). Kernel Panic logs usually have "kernel" and/or "panic" in their file names. Post several of them if available. Use the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper on the forum editing toolbar. Perhaps the full Kernel Panic logs will have some extra clues.

If you have any external devices connected, then try disconnecting them prior to putting the iMac to sleep.

Did you install any third party memory upgrades? If so, what is the brand and how long has it been installed?

Has anything changed with the hardware or macOS just before this issue started to occur?

For many users:

Allowing the Mac to Automatically go into Sleep Mode is causing the system to crash.

For others, using the Screensaver prior to Automatic Computer Sleep is aggravating the problem.

--------------

As a test:

Disable the Screensaver if you are using it.

Turn On "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off"

Set "Turn display off when inactive" to 5 or 10 minutes

Leave the iMac On and only allow the display(s) to turn Off

Do not manually Sleep from the Apple Drop Down menu

Shut Down the Mac when away for a day or more

--------------

Side note:

The iMac uses very little power idling with the display(s) off during times of none usage.

If you come and go a lot during the day, then just leave it idling between visits.

Then decide if you want to leave it on or shutdown over-night.
