How to get Mac trade-in refund entirely on credit card?

I recently purchased a new Mac Mini using Apple credit and a credit card. And to help reduce the cost, I traded in my old Mac.

Now that my trade in is complete, I noticed that I was refunded all of my Apple credit and the difference was refunded back to my credit card. How do I get it all via my credit card? (I don’t need Apple credit.)

Thank you.

Mac mini, macOS 27.0

Get more information about the Apple Trade In service at this link --> Apple Trade In - Apple

- Don't miss the FAQ at the very bottom.

- What if I’m not ready to buy something? No problem. We can put the value of your current device on a gift card that you can use anytime. Get an estimate through the trade-in tool and choose the Apple Gift Card option.

In other words, you get credit for a device either at the time of purchase or as a gift card. You don't get cash back.
