iPhone calls randomly switching to my hearing aides during a call

how to stop my iphone from switching to my hearing aides while on a call. When on a call, audio output randomly switches from my iPhone to my Kirkland hearing aides.

I am not sure I understand the problem.

call audio coming in the hearing aids is an important reason I bought mine -- it is vastly superior.

¿why would you NOT want that to be the setting all the time?
