Macbook pro m4 pro not loading

MacBook pro m4 pro with last updates went off, tried to restart a dozen times and can't load further than 1 mm of progress bar :((( starting options not loading either. What can help? I'm quite far from continents, so sending the laptop to service will paralyze my work for weeks/months
