I bought a 2nd hand 13 pro max us version from China,my phone have carrier lock (sim locked).Now how can I identify which carrier locked I have? And how to unlock it

Talk to the seller about remediation or refund.
If the seller has disappeared, you got scammed.
Most carriers holding a carrier lock won’t deal with anybody else not previously or even not currently their customer.
