What were you doing before you received that message? To me it looks like a response to an earlier message you received. In so, what was that message?

You should try to contact Apple about this. This support page has information about Apple support and service ➔ Contact Apple Support - Apple Support If live support options (chat and/or telephone) are available they will show near the bottom left.

- Telephone numbers may only work when calling from the same country.

- Chat options (telephone numbers appear as active links, not plain text) may depend upon cellular connectivity. If a number shows as an active link, click on it to see additional options.

- If chat is not available on the top level support page, try selecting your hardware and narrow down your issue to see if a support article offers a support link offering chat. For example, the contact support link on this page https://support.apple.com/119902#zerobalance offers a chat link about emptying account balance even on a computer where the top level page does not offer any chat.

With an iPhone, iPad, or Vision, you may be able to chat using the Apple Support App if it is available in your country —> https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-support/id1130498044

If they cannot help you, read the last part of this support article:

If your Apple Account is locked, not active, or disabled - Apple Support

According to the above article and various posts, Apple may permanently lock accounts for other reasons (very broadly outlined in section VII-B of Legal - iCloud - Apple ). That may be the case here if none of the previous reasons in the support article apply to you. If it isn’t apparent, contact Apple and ask if that is the situation, but don’t expect them to tell you why. You, or somebody who has managed to get access to your account, are likely doing something Apple is interpreting as account misuse. You will have to see if your activities could be construed—rightly or wrongly—as meeting any of Apple's conditions in the legal article. You will need to create a new account and stop doing things the way you have been that may have caused the other account to be locked.

In this situation you may be able to still use your equipment with a new account or even no account at all. Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Check the requirements and steps at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof other than it “must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID.” Apple may typically require the original receipt* issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. If Apple resets the device this will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.

Welcome and thank you for reaching out. 🤗

Based on the screenshot provided, the "Not eligible for reactivation" message typically means that Apple has permanently locked or disabled the account for security reasons, terms of service violations or unresolved billing issues.

When an account is in this state, standard self-service recovery methods may not work.

If you are the owner of the account, here are the steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

  • Contact Apple Support Directly: Because the account is marked as ineligible for reactivation, you will need to speak with an Apple Support representative to review the specific case.
  • Check for Communication: Look for any emails from Apple regarding your account status, as they often send notifications explaining why an account was disabled.
  • Verify Your Identity: Be prepared to verify your identity and provide proof of purchase if the issue is related to an Activation Lock on a specific device.

Thanks again for reaching out. 👍🏼

Good Luck! 👋🏼😉
