M5 Pro will only allow 1920 x 1080 resolution on a 4K monitor.

My Mac mini M5 pro will only allow me to set the resolution to 1920 x 1080 on a 4K, MSI MAG321 CUPDF monitor. I've tried a new, high-bandwidth HDMI cable, a new, "Thunderbolt" C cable and now a Thunderbolt 5-to-DP cable. The Displays settings still only allows me to set to 1920 x 1080. I have tried all of the possible settings on the computer (refresh rate options are only 60 or 320) and the monitor's various modes and screen sizes. Any ideas?

Mac mini, macOS 27.0

I looked at the specs for your MSI MAG321 CUPDF. It has a "Dual Mode" resolution that is limited to 1920x1080. Check the settings in the display to see if you can change it to its "Normal" setting of 3840x2160.
