Recovering a Deleted Apple Music Playlist:
A. Use: [command + z]
If this just happened, then using [command + z] might get it back, if it has not been touched since.
B. Restore From a Time Machine Backup:
Did you ever create a Time Machine Backup of your Mac that may have this installed on? If so, recover this playlist using Migration Assistant. You can dig through the backup, looking for the name in Finder.
C. Recommend this to Apple:
Do Your Part: Being "Recently Deleted" is not a feature of the Music app, recommend this to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know wha their customer prefer and what features to include in versions to come.
