Trying to pinpoint the cause of this banner across my phone screen!

Hello!

How can I remove this banner running across my iPhone "lock" screen?

I've talked to Apple support - but nothing they suggested has altered matters.

Location services is actually "ON" in Settings!

Has anyone reading here seen this?

Have you put a widget on your lockscreen that requires location? If so then grant it access to location in Settings - or delete the widget.

Hi there

Please try this

1. Check Location Services

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
Ensure Location Services is turned On.
Scroll down the list of apps and check which app (such as Weather, Maps, or a widget) is triggering the location warning. Tap the app and set its access to "While Using the App" or "Always".

2. Disable Specific App Notifications

If a rogue app or widget is causing the persistent lock-screen banner:

Go to Settings > Notifications.
Tap on the specific app that is displaying the banner.
Under Alerts, uncheck Lock Screen or toggle off Allow Notifications entirely.
