iPhone 16 motherboard issue

Hello! My year old iPhone 16 phone completely blanked few weeks ago. I took the phone to an authorized service center, and they said it's a motherboard fault.

Is there any way to recover files that weren't saved to iCloud?

The phone is still on my Find My -app but it says it's offline.
