trouble pairing AirTag 1 after IOS 27 update

Hi everyone,

I've trouble to pair one AirTag 1.Gen with my iPhone 12pro after update my phone to ios 27.01. Anyone else has faced this?

I've reset the AirTag and it will be recognize by an other iPhone with ios 26.6.2. I've already disabled and reconnect my account on the phone without success .

Many greetings

Stefan

Hi there

Please try this

Open the Find My app.
Tap the Items tab at the bottom.
Tap the plus sign (+) and select Add Other Item (or Add AirTag if visible).
Hold the AirTag directly against the top back edge of your iPhone 12 Pro.
