boss tone exchange will not allow me to sign in and download preset for my Boss pedals. Here is a screenshot that I get.

I have tried working with Boss/Roland and they keep telling me it is being blocked on my side . I have tried to turn off my security settings but still get this message. Any ideas?

A. Turn Off VPNs:

Do you have any VPNs turned on? If so, turn them off.

B. Try Safe Mode:

In Safe Mode, Login Items do not run at login, and certain caches are set aside so that things operate in a more default manor. Go Here: Start Up your Mac in Safe Mode - Apple Support

C. Single-Out this User:

Create a Time Machine Backup, as mentioned above, and then create an Administrator user. See if you can log in through that user. If it works, then it is an issue with the entire macOS. If not, then it is an issue that pertains to your current user. Log back in, and then trash this user you've just created.

D. Single-Out this Mac:

What happens when you try another device --Mac, PC, smartphone? If you get this issue, then it is a glitch within in the macOS release. If not, then it is an issue with your current Mac.

E. Update your Mac:

Create a Time Machine Backup of your Mac (so that you have something to restore it from, should anything go wrong afterwards. Then, update your Mac.
