Since the last update I cannot use triple click to get out of guided access on my tablet. I can start using triple click but cannot exit and have tried changing all the settings. I can do a force restart to get out but can’t figure out how to resolve the problem and don’t want to restart every time as I use this feature frequently. Has anyone successfully fixed the issue or do I need to wait until next update?

You are not alone. Seems others have experienced a similar issue.
Another discussion thread: Stuck in Guided Access mode after upgradi… - Apple Community says that " ..Apple is aware of this issue, and is currently investigating. "
