Window maximizes unexpectedly on external display connected to laptop

I connected my laptop to an external display, and every time i go on the display a window in the middle top part of the desktop keeps maximizing(not in fullscreen) while its supposed to be on the top center of desktop(ik its not a big issue but its kinda getting annoying)
