I’m having an issue messaging one of my android friends from my iPhone 16 on iOS 27.2. This is happening JUST to him through personal messages and not even via groups he’s in as well.
All of his messages are sending through RCS as normal, but when I send, it sends as SMS. I’ve tried to update my phone, turn it off, turn RCS off and restart it, turn airplane mode on, all the hubbub.
What can I do to fix this?

Both of those features is your phone carrier, contact them to resolve the issue.
