I purchase I phone 13 in June 2023, after 1 year in aug 2024 suddenly my iPhone screen turn totally black and now again on 28/10/2026 while watching youtube again my iPhone display turn totally black. I performed forced restart and also try update through window PC but still my IPhone stuck in recovery mode with black display. I contacted apple support several times by call they told to visit & diagnosis with apple authorised service centre. Yesterday I visit to apple authorised service centre they diagnosis and tell display issue and display will replace on charge basis.

without any single scratch and without any water damage it’s happen twice in my iPhone within 3 year but apple still not consider my issue that it is apple glitches. Suggest the way to complain apple higher authorities.

So, are you saying that the Apple Store / Genius Bar has replaced the screen twice?

Or, are you saying that you think that an iPhone that is at least 2+ years out of warranty should be repaired at no charge?

The limited warranty on the screen expired one year after you purchased the phone. That means that you will pay for any repairs that will be required after the warranty has expired. That is the way that warranties work.

If you had opted for AppleCare+ coverage....which you did not.....the repairs would be handled for a small deductible fee, usually about $29 (U.S.)

It is unrealistic to expect that Apple will offer you an "unlimited" warranty. But, you can ask the store manager about this if you wish. If the store manager does not have the answer that you are hoping to hear, ask how to escalate your request.

Welcome and thank you for reaching out. 🤗

There appears to be a problem with the internal display panel. Only a certified Apple technician can determine the cause and offer a complete solution.

Therefore, I recommend service.

NOTE: If the device has an active warranty, you may be eligible for a discount, however; out of warranty service will incur the full service fee.
