You may be able to recover your missing photos and videos if they were recently deleted.
Open the Photos app, scroll down to Utilities, and tap Recently Deleted. Unlock it with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Photos and videos usually stay there for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
If they're not there, check https://www.icloud.com/photos to see whether they're still in iCloud.
