in family sharing, I am paying for Paramount Plus and this can be used by all five members. Do I share my login information with each member or do they need to make their own account ? How does this work?

Paramount+ does not allow their subscription to be shared in a Family Sharing plan. You need to create Profiles directly with Paramount and their website here shows you how to manage those additional viewers.
