iTunes 10 + Automator. Where's "Play action?

After I updated to iTunes 10, I lost the most iTunes actions in Automator (primarily "Play").

iTunes system gives me an error that those codes do not exist and I should update my iTunes to 4.6 or higher...

Any solutions?

First, thanks shawn_d for a detailed listing of iTunes script failures. I looked into the scripting code of one script and see that the version check portion of the code listing states itunes version 10 is less than 2. Computer logic, while following its rules, gives a 'correct' outcome that is wrong to us humans. I do not have the skills to offer a fix but I bet is is a simple one.
