I also would like to know this. I have a bunch of photos and videos that I would like to sync to my computer. I could email them to myself, but I would rather just sync them, is there a way???

photos or videos taken with the iPad, copied onto it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/wesites etc can be copied off. If you've got that sort of content on your iPad then your PC should see it as a camera (for Macs iPhoto should see it) and you should be able to transfer the content off as if it were a camera or memory card that you'd connected to the computer.

There is help on this page about How to transfer photos from ipad to my computer.

hope it helps.

First get itunes can not returned once the synchronization will only delete the photos. You can use a third-party software, such as itools very easy to use, very convenient to transfer files. The Baidu "itools" The first is the official website, extract after download you can use Green-free installation.

Plug ipad open itools, remember to close itunes, or the two may conflict. The ipad selected in the left side column "library management", the right side of the interface where the ipad photo directory, photo or folder, right click, choose "Export", select a save place to save to computer.

When you connect your ipad to your computer, if you are a mac guy, open iphoto, and the pad will show as a device, and you can upload the photoes. If you are a pc guy, open the device, and import the pictures to wherever you keep your photos on the pad. Neither of these involves itunes.
