Hi Guys,

I don't know if you've already tried this or not.
But I got it solved by doing a sync.
So I got this problem today..
Everytime I clicked on the apps tab on my iphone.
The iTunes crashed and asked to be re-open.
I tried several times and it keeps crashing and crashing....
And then I try to googling for any solution and found out that I'm not the only one with this issue..

I read that I need to re-install iTunes in this forum.
Well, I was intended to re-install it,
but I thought I want to try the sync for the last time before I re-install the itunes.

After the sync, I got curious and try to click the apps tabs on the iphone.
And it works without crashing!

Maybe you want to try it out before re-installing the itunes.

Hope it helps 🙂

I had the same problem this morning. I earlier upgraded to ITunes 10 but had all the time the old icon in the task bar below. that makes me wonder why. Didn't know why but this morning after some sync, suddenly I had the new ugly symbol from Itunes 10 in my task bar. This was the time Itunes crashed when I select the apps icon in the sync screen. B.R. you we're right. When you sync your IPhone and klick at the same time of the app in the sync screen, this will work and you can handle now again your apps. But Apple hast to fix that very soon.

Hi, well this a great if it works. I haven't tried it. I think Apple should fix the problem within iTunes themselves. John says reinstall, it's free of charge. Well it actually isn't. I just downloaded iTunes 10 and have to do it again? How many MB is the itunes programme? I have limited monthly downloads like I'm sure a lot of others do. I think Apple should make sure something works well before they release it. I had a similar issue with version 9, had to DL twice
