Duplicating a CD in disk utility that is for Windows
I have OS 10.5.8. I have a CD that runs on Windows that I need to copy. Every time I do it following the instructions in disk utility, it does not work. My boss puts the burned CD into his PC, and his computer will not read it. The original works in his computer fine. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?
I am creating an image selecting the CD name that is listed directly below the CD drive. I get an iso image in the end, that I burn itt onto the CD. It says it burned successfully, but when we put it into a PC, it doesn't recognize it.
Is this a common problem with Leopard? I never had any issues with this on my previous OS. I used to use Toast, but when I upgraded my os to leopard, Toast would run and burn cds, but the copying tool would not work. I am very frustrated with this OS.
I just tried Carbon Copy Cloner, and it tells me "The image creation procedure failed." It seems like nothing is allowing me to copy these, and the content provider sent us the CDs to be copied, so it can't be a licensing issue.
