Sreen kind of floats in certain online apps

I never experienced this before. The problem started with the latest Safari and when I try to go back to 4 it does the same thing.

In certain online apps I attempt to move the screen around, in this case it is a game screen. If you push with the mouse it will continue to move after your motion stops. It is driving me crazy and I cannot find a pref that might control this. I want the screen to stay with my mouse rather than float past it.

I hope this makes sense to someone.

Mac Pro 2.66 5gb ram, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

I have a hard drive that has OS 10.4.11 on it. The problem does not exist there leading me to believe it is a software issue. And as I said, it started with the 10.6.4 update and graphics update.

Only in connection with accidentally activating Zoom.

I would recommend that you get your Mac professionally evaluated.

My mouse does the same thing, only when using Safari, and only when playing Facebook games. Safari is also very slow and keeps crashing. Any advice?? Firefox keeps crashing as well.
