Using iSync with Palm Tungsten T5 : where do Memos Sync to now?

Hi,
I've downloaded the iSync Palm conduit,
and am wondering where my Memos sync to now?
Memos are not syncing between Palm Desktop and Palm anymore.
And I can't see where they'd be stored in iCal.
Where are my Memos going?
Many Thanks.

Palm Desktop 4.2.1
iCal1.5.5
iSync 1.5

The iSync Palm Conduit has no provision for the synchronization of memos. You can place the standard Palm Memos Conduit - not the ealier, now outdated Memo conduit - back into your active Conduits folder in order to synchronize your memos once again with the Palm Desktop.

Alternatively, you can purchase, download and install The Missing Sync from Mark/Space. This package includes the Mark/Space Memo Conduit and a matching Mac OS X application called mark/Space MemoPad, which precisely mimics your Palm-based Memo Pad application. It also kicks the #$%^ out of iSync, from my perspective, offering configurable and reliable synchronization of contacts, calendars, task or to do data, memo, AvantGo content and lots of other features.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your reply.
How do I put the standard Palm Memos Condiut back into my active Conduits folder?

HD>Library>Application Support>Palm HotSync>Disabled Conduits (this folder is empty)

HD>Library>Application Support>Palm HotSync>Disabled Conduits 2
Contains :
Address Conduit
Calandar Conduit
Contacts Conduit
Datebook Conduit
Memos Conduit
Tasks Conduit
ToDo Conduit

HD>Library>Application Support>Palm HotSync>Conduits
Contains :
Apple
Backup Conduit
Install Conduit
Memo Conduit
Note Pad Conduit
Photos Conduit
Voice Memo Conduit

How come the Memo Conduit is in both folders?
Which one is the standard Memo Conduit?
Which one is the earlier outdated Memo Conduit?
Which one should I trash??

Many Thanks.

You should toss the empty Disabled Conduits folder, and rename the Disabled Conduits 2 folder as simply Disabled Conduits.

Conduit should be moved from one folder to the other by drag and dropping them.

Your Memo and Memos Conduits are reversed. The [plural] Memos Conduit should be in the active Conduits folder, and the [singular] outdated Memo Conduit should be in the Disabled Conduits folder. Don't trash either of them - just move reverse their postitions so that the Memos Conduit is active and the Memo Conduit is disabled.
