HELP!!! SINGAPORE APPLE HOTLINE (1800-MYAPPLE) SUPPORT IS FAKE?

My free iphone 4 case never arrived after the product ship (which i get the invoice and deliver date is 9 Sept. I have tried to get information via the Singapore Support Line (1800-6927753)but FAILED!
I have been waiting more than 40 minutes everytime the holding Line without anyone picking up the phone.I have also try to choose the option to purchase Apple products to see anyone answer my phone but FAILED!

This is simply outrageous and i have no idea how to feedback and check my shipment status!

I have 2 iPhone4s one M1 the other Singtel. I ordered the bumpers using the app store. Both were delivered on due date.

I totally agree. The APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worse customer service i have ever experience. I am still wait on the line..It has been ONE AND HALF HOURS..realld fed up !

Ordered bumper 30 July , apparently shipped 21/08, nothing has yet arrived.
Have waited 3 hours on 'order' line for apple with no answer on 4 separate occasions, different times of day.

What kind of customer support is this ! Singapore is usually so hot on customer service...

Any update on the bumpers or free case not delivered? I'm frustrated its been 6 weeks now since my order, my friend got his free case 2 weeks after getting his iphone 4. Any other way to contact apple singapore besides their fake apple hotline??
