HELP!!! SINGAPORE APPLE HOTLINE (1800-MYAPPLE) SUPPORT IS FAKE?

Same here I waited for more than 40mins on the line and no one pick up the call. It is totally unacceptable. I am deciding to go down to Ang Mo Kio Street 64 to look for them personally.

I knew there were cases where one has to hold for almost an hour in order to get someone to attend the call. The call centre must be short of operators 😟

When placing your order online did it give you an option to order a case? Reason for asking is that Apple has an app for the iPhone 4 that needs to be installed via the App Store to order the free case from Apple. Reference http://www.apple.com/sg/iphone/case-program/

Also just because you had to wait in queue for 40 minutes when calling Apple Care doesn't justify posting a title "SINGAPORE APPLE HOTLINE (1800-MYAPPLE) SUPPORT IS FAKE?". They are probably temporarily experiencing high call volume or staffing issues to meet call volume. From experience Apple Care excels in support compared to other companies. Keep in mind Apple is providing an iPhone 4 case for free that normally has a fee associated with it and that it isn't even necessary to make the iPhone 4 function. My iPhone 4 works perfectly without Apple's free case.

Finally get the bumper frm them...

I had the similar issue. Been trying to call Apple Hotline for days.. waited for one hour each time!! Will I still get the free bumper?

Yes I did. I actually received an invoice already saying that the item is already in Singapore and is supposed to be delivered by 09/09/2010. But I wasn't able to get until now. And Apple hotline is just hopeless.

Any update on this? Anybody got their free bumper? I am quite frustrated.. its been 8 days and I still didn't get it! I know.. its free.. but Apple still have to deliver it as part of their commitment to us. Apple Customer Service.. please reply.

I think we share the same faith on this one. I ordered 2 free case and got the invoice and never received the items the first one should have been 08/09/2010 and one for my wife 16/09/2010. I been trying to call the hotline for 2 weeks now everyday but no avail. Geez, what kind of customer support is that?? even thought its free we are entitled to those because of their bad product design.

This hotline is totally not working and it is fake :))...

I have the same situation with you!!!... My iphone 4 order supposed to be delivered on 4 September, but until this week, there is no information. I tried to call this hotline many times!!!, but hopelessss... No answer at all!!!...

I tried to contact DHL and they said there is no order from Apple to deliver this transaction. I tried to keep my patience by coming down to Apple Corporation in AMK to ask since I can never reach Apple through hotline :-s... It is the worst service I've ever got!!!!... They said I have to wait for them to send the information to the system and there is still no other hotline to call. There is one guy from Apple Corporation call me to apologize for this and said they were trying to investigate this case, which has never been happened before (Now I know there are many cases like me already :)) )...

It has been 3 days and they cannot find any more information for me and since I cannot reach them through any HOTLINE, if I need to talk or ask something, I have to go to their office in AMK :-s... Too bad and waste my time!!!!!

Now I still don't know what to to do with my iphone4 order 😐... Too bad!!!!!!!!!!
