iPhone 4 Camera Flash life expectancy?

Just accidentally fell asleep with the iPhone 4 camera flash on. My thumb must have hit the Flashlight app because when I woke up the Flashlight app was open the camera flash was on.

It was either for around 2 hours or for a little less than 1 hour. I fell asleep at 5, woke up / answered a brief phone call at 7, then fell asleep for about another hour. I can't remember after which instance of sleep I recognized the flashlight was active.

The battery was at about... 80% I think before I fell asleep with the camera on. When I woke up it was at 18%. So it wasn't even on long enough to kill the battery, but it was on for a lot longer than normal use would have dictated.

I understand iPhone 4 uses an LED flash for the camera flash so I would guess that it has easily got 20,000+ hours of life, but don't know that for certain.

Thank you for the information
