Is there any way to get an IPAD to recognize a USB flash drive using the camera kit?

Imac, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Most new USB storage stick will work with the USB CCK provided:
- the drive is formated in either FAT 16 or 32
- There is a folder titled "DCIM" in the root directly
- Photos and videos in formats supported by the iPad can them be imported into the iPad just a a camera's SD card.

I oonly works with photos and videos, not with other type files like .doc or ,pfd.
