welcome to the Pages Discussions. The best way for me is to insert a text box as an inline object.

If you don't know how to do that: 1) Select the menu item "Insert/Text" (with inactive text, only then you are allowed to insert one). 2) Activate the radio button "Moves with text" in the "Wrap" inspector of the infopalette. 3) Activate the checkbox "Object causes wrap" in the same inspector.

Now you can adjust the text style and the appearance ot the quote inside the normal text by adjusting the text box "wrap", the "Insert margin" in the "Text" inspector and a lot more.

The one thing I would add to FrankBe's thoughtful response is that, in order to add a text box, you need to first select View > Show Layout, click in the margin area of the document to make the cursor disappear, then add the text box. From there, follow Frank's instructions.
