No Wi-Fi

Hi,

After reseting my iPad, it appears I don't have access to the Wi-Fi settings. I don't mean access to a Wi-Fi network but simply to the Wi-Fi settings (the access button is grey and indicating "No Wi-Fi").

Does anyone already experienced such issue ?

I am currently running the 3.2.2 software
