IMac with Snow Leopard doesn t work without second display connected

I just tried 10 chimes : no working 😟

Indice : with a "safe mode" start (with shift key pressed at boot) : no problem 🙂

Indice2 : stay to the login screen : no problem

I try to reinstall another time but when I format hd with boot cd SL the id of the Volume is disk0s2 normal ?
And when I try a boot from the 10.5.2 cd, I ve a grey screen, normal ?

End of the story :
The graphic card (8800GS) was damaged.
Local Apple Store give me a generous repair with total remplacement of GPU and many tests : thanks very much !! The Apple Customers service is the best ever existed ! 🙂
