Using an .MSWMM file

I need to use a .MSWMM file in FCP, Final Cut Express or even iMovie, if necessary.

The file won't play in any of my Macs, and I have several iMacs, a MacBook Pro and a MacPro. I've never used this kind of file. What do I do make it usable in Final Cut?

Thanks.
