Magic Trackpad Sensitivity

Sorry to post this here but can't fine a "Magic Trackpad" section:
I have a new Magic Trackpad and have "Tap to click" active. Problem is that it is too sensitive. All the time it taps when I just touch it or taps twice when only once intended etc. Is there a way to lower the sensitivity?

wow and I was Not pressing mine hard enough. Th track pad I love altho I am able to do very little on my iMac. My keyboard on my old Gateway was an easy touch also, My husband thinks our daugher-in law is destroying mine everytime she bangs away on it.Maybe her and my sons old laptops were a lot less sensitve and got them into the habit of kitting the keys so hard.

I know this is an old thread, but I just got my first magic pad, it's a magic pad 2 and dango, it is sensitive that is a fact. I just might be too spastic for it.

I am learning...definitely is a whole different thing that what I have done before. I think it is great and will be relieved when I have got past the accidental gestures and selects and so forth.

It's possible i never will get over that hurdle. i think i will.
