Iron Man 2 digital copy problem

I just purchased Iron Man 2 Blu-Ray with digital copy. Put the digital copy disk in my iMac. When prompted by iTunes I entered the code from the insert.

"This code has already been used. Each code may be used only once."

I've never had a problem with a digital copy import before. Is this a common problem? And who do I have to contact to try and prove that I just bought the disk and haven't used the code before?

Hello!

Please disable any CD/DVD burning/copying programs before retrying the download. Such programs (AnyDVD, DVD Shrink,Roxio Creator, Roxio RecordNow, Nero, Pinnacle, DaemonTools, etc.) run a background process which prevents the Digital Copy from transferring to iTunes or Windows Media Player. Please let us know if you have any further issues.

I thought I was the only one too!! I got so mad...I've been having the week from **** as well...this was the cherry on my crappy sundae of a week. Sometimes its nice to know you're not the only one.
