Export or Copy/Paste list of iPad apps from iTunes?
Could someone please tell me how to export or copy (for pasting) to an excel spreadsheet? I can't seem to be able to do either.
Here's what I've done so far:
After ensuring that I've got copies of my iPad purchased/downloaded apps on iTunes on my PC (by right-clicking on the iPad icon in the library and selecting "Transfer Purchases"), I then can see the entire list by selecting Library/Apps. Two things I've tried are:
1. Menu/Edit/Select All. Unfortunately the 'copy' command on that same menu is greyed out for some reason.
2. Menu/File/Library/Export Library... Anything I've read on this says that I should be able to export to a text file. Unfortunately, the only option I'm given is to export as an .xml file, which is unreadable in that form by Excel. I am using iTunes version 10, so maybe I lost the ability to export to text when I upgraded, I don't know.
In any case, I'd like to be able to get my current list of ipad apps onto my excel spreadsheet so that I can keep track of other things that aren't available to me from within the iTunes program.
Can someone please help?
Thanks
