Template Color Scheme

I would like to use one of the newsletter templates in Pages but I don't like the color scheme. Is there any way I can change it?

Thank you for your answer. Once I get all of the changes made I will save it as a custom template. I know how to change font colors, and after unlocking various things change the line colors. But I am still having trouble with a couple lines (they aren't locked or grouped) and I can't change the color of a box behind a photo. Surely there is an easy way to do this....can I change the color scheme in one move?

That would be wonderful, thank you. I am using the Informal Newsletter Template. The page titled 2 column page with sidebar has a photo at the bottom on top of a red box. I cannot change the color of the red box. Could you please tell me if there is any way in which I can choose a different color scheme for the various templates provided through iwork? It seems like such an obvious function...

That is actually a scan:

+Inspector > Graphic > Fill > Image Fill+

You need to drag in another image to replace it or change from Image fill to Color Fill and double click on the color field to go to the color picker.

If you click once on the red shape, the Format Bar will display a "Fill:" rectangle. Click the Fill rectangle and select a new color from the pallet that pops up.

The templates all stand alone. There is no overall color scheme control that will affect all templates.

Make the changes which you want then save the edited document as a custom template.

If you tell us exactly which template you are using and exactly what Photo and Box you are having trouble with, we can look into it.
