Alarm Clock - not working after Day Light Saving

After Day light saving my alarm clock has not been working properly. The time on the phone has changed but the alarm is going off an hour early. so if it is set for 6am the alarm goes off at 5am. However this only happens when the alarm is a repeat alarm, so I have an alarm that is set for weekdays & it goes off an hour early but if i just set a 1 off alarm it will work fine??? I restored my I-Phone 4 & made sure i had the latest software but it is still having the same problem.

Any ideas?

I had a similar problem this morning. My iMac was set to start up at 10:00, and it started at 11:00. Daylight Saving Time does not end here until next Sunday (November 7).

I went to the Date & Time control panel, unchecked Set Daylight Saving Time Automatically, and checked Daylight Saving Time Is In Effect. That seems to have fixed the problem.

I'll have to remember to change it back next Saturday night.

I got iPhone4 and got same problem. Done a bit of testing and found that this Problem is not DST related. Works fine when setting a single alarm. Doesn't work when setting any form of repeat (i.e. to repeat on one specific day, Weekdays, etc). Apple just not good enough! how do expect to rival Microsoft when you make schoolboy errors like this?!

Until Apple pull their finger out there are a few free alarm clock apps to download as a temporary solution. I downloaded 'Alarm Clock Free', simple but affective. Tested this on weekdays repeat function and works fine.

N.B. The above app has to be left running in order for it to work.

Yes. Can confirm this is a nasty little one. iPhone 3GS is fine and iPhone 4 is corrupted. I'm not as angry with Apple as some seem to be on this thread... But I will be if it isn't fixed in a few days. I can't help wondering how many people have discovered this new bug the hard way! Must be a lot of late people around currently. Do not trust your generic iPhone 4 alarm. I'm downloading a 3rd party app and setting my wife's 3GS as backup for now. Surprised by this one.
