Alarm Clock - not working after Day Light Saving

After Day light saving my alarm clock has not been working properly. The time on the phone has changed but the alarm is going off an hour early. so if it is set for 6am the alarm goes off at 5am. However this only happens when the alarm is a repeat alarm, so I have an alarm that is set for weekdays & it goes off an hour early but if i just set a 1 off alarm it will work fine??? I restored my I-Phone 4 & made sure i had the latest software but it is still having the same problem.

Any ideas?

since we changed in Switzerland to the winter Time (31th october early morning) my alarm clock doesn't work right. I have always set my alarm on 0615 every Mon, Tue, Wen, Thu. Now it doesn't ring at 0615h but on 0715h, that means one hour too late. I deleted all alarm-clocks, switched the iPhone off, switched again on, set up the alarm clock again and in the next morning it didn't work. I have a second iPhone and did the same and it doesn't work either!!! BUT I set the alarm-clock on 1645h and it worked properly. SO, is it possible that the alarm clock ha a problem with morning hours??? I have two iPhones 3G running iOS 4.1.

Hi All,

It's a problem with the phone more specifically it's a problem with iOS 4.x, my wife and I have iPhones, she has my old 3G and I have a 3GS. She is on iPhone OS 3 and I am on iOS 4.1. I have the problem and she doesn't therefore it indicates the problem is iOS 4 related. However it could rectify itself when the US comes in line with their Daylight Saving Time. This happened to an American ISP several years ago so it could be the same for Apple

I had the iPhone4 alarm go off 1 hour early today. It does not alarm if there are any repeat days set. This Apple Discussion forum is a complete waste. Is there no one from Apple that monitors these problems on this forum who can answer? Otherwise, this is nothing but a bunch of complaining customers. This is my second Aplle product, the other is a Mac Book, they are both a big disappointment.

Same problem iPhone 3GS ... ever since the update. I have to set the alarm an hour later than I should in order for it to ring correctly. Now, I have to set two alarms indefinitely until Apple rectifies the problem. People who don't have this NEW problem, please don't come over here and post anything about how we need to change our settings - this IS an OS glitch that stems from the 4.1 update. Apple - please fix your software immediately. This is lame for a PDA of this calibre ...
