How can I save pictures from my Itouch "Camera Roll" folder to my computer.

You import them as you would from any digital camera. Use iphoto, photoshop, camera and scanner wizard, etc.

Thanks "roaminggnome". I did not realize that you can look at this folder just by using your Windows's "Explore" or "My Computer"
